Planning For Your future
During the Planning For The Future session, our associate Rob Grove-Smith will discuss:
- How to write a Will
- Trusts and making provisions for vulnerable beneficiaries
- What a Lasting Power of Attorney is.
Rob specialises in estate planning. He supports clients with Wills, Trust structures, inheritance tax planning, protection of assets, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. He also helps clients with probate and the administration of estates following the death of a loved one.
He often helps clients make appropriate financial provision for their children or other relatives with additional needs, so any inherited funds are protected within Trusts. This means there’s tax efficiency for the arrangements.
Rob also presents to charities, medical professionals, financial advisors and parental support groups about all things estate planning.
