Supporting babies, children and adults living with congenital heart disease. We work in the healthcare sphere, serving patients and supporting staff living and working in the world of congenital heart disease. We have family support worker who signs posts for families, depending on their needs. We also run the fundraising side of what we do, which leads onto supporting meaningful projects that support the NHS specifically for Babies, Children and Adults living with congenital heart disease.
