Hilary leads the Complex Personal Injury teams in Birmingham, who help of range of people. The team support those who’ve suffered life-changing injuries in road traffic accidents, accidents at work or accidents in public places.
The team specialises in brain and spinal cord injuries, polytrauma, and cases involving severe burns. They also do fatal accident work, including police liaison and coronial law.
Hilary helps her clients to access quality rehabilitation and support, as well as securing compensation to help them now and in the future. Her clients often lack capacity to manage their finances and property, so Hilary works closely with our Court of Protection team to make sure their interests are protected.
Hilary’s accredited as a brain injury and senior litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). She’s also APIL-accredited in fatal accidents and is an assessor for the APIL fatal accident accreditation.
Hilary’s passionate about making sure that her clients receive comprehensive and realistic advice, and that consideration’s given to alternative options in every case.
